She has been the Fitness Industry for over 25 years. For over 15 years Colleen also for NSW Corrective Services, Local Councils and the Department of Education and Training.She has been the Promotions Manager for a National Rugby League team, a Property Manager, and has held other management roles in league clubs and resorts within NSW and QLD.
In 1988 she completed her 'Fitness Leader Course' to become a Group Fitness Instructor, of which she still is today, and probably has more passion and drive for than she did when she first started. In 1999 she completed her Certificate IV in Fitness-Personal Training and is finding it more fulfilling each and every day.
In 2007 she left the Public Service and started her own business, Collateral Consultancy, which is based in CoffsHarbour and includes personal training and corporate speaking, corporate health, women's health and coaching. She was employed from 2004 to 2012 as Fitness Division Coordinator and Group Fitness Coordinator at her local health club in Coffs Harbour, where her enthusiasm and passion was mentoring new and upcoming group fitness instructors and trainers.
Colleen has faced many personal challenges which have contributed to making her live her life now full of positivity, good health and fitness. It is with this positivity, good health and fitness that she is determined to 'infect' as many people as she can through all that her business offers.
She is especially driven and determined to help women be the person they want to be, not the person they think they should be and she is doing this through her 'Club Diva' program.
In her spare time you will find her on her surfboard or mountain bike, catching up with friends, or at the beach with her family.
Pandora's passion has always been health and fitness.In particular, she loves cooking (and entertaining at the same time)!Pandy loves nothing better than creating her own healthy recipes and is keen to educate kids and adults alike in the art of healthy cooking and basics of good healthy eating.
Pandy 'walks the talk' and at any one time you may find her either training hard at the hands of the "Collinator", imparting healthy advice to a friend or making a nice healthy dish at home for friends and family.
She holds an Advanced Diploma of Natural Nutrition and hopes to turn that into a Degree. She is always keen to seek out new research in Nutrition and enjoys passing that information on to family and friends.
Pandy's believes that good, healthy, fresh food is the basis of good health. She loves living life to its fullest and her health gives her the energy she need for her friends and family.
